One of my favourite places is York. With it's historic buildings and great variety of shops and pubs, it is well worth a visit. The Shambles night photos were taken early in the morning which wasn't too bad at the beginning of October! The climb to the top of York Minster is 275 steps and is very narrow but well worth it for the views.
